A Visual History of Custom Bikes

1984 XLH 1000 Ironhead Sportster.  Loud, tons of torque, classic looks
1991 ZR750 Kawasaki Zephyr with Eddie Lawson paint and Superbike bars.  Very quick, very nice.
1975 CB360 Honda Bobber.  Light, fast, and fun!
A Rural King Baja Mini Bike never looked so good! Tune-up,paint, decals, and ammo box here.
1978 CB550K Cafe.  Velocity stacks, solo seat with rear cowl, 4-1 chrome header, delivered personally to Amarillo, Texas for a very happy new owner.
This green chop was the lowest yet.  Too low for most exhaust systems.  The feel of the bike was superb.
Suzuki GS550E Simple makeover with paint, airbox, and exhaust.  Sold locally to a first time rider.
CB750K Honda Bobber loaded and ready for delivery to Chicago. This Bobber had a flame paint scheme that was removed at the new owner's request.
What I think a hardtail Honda should be.  This bike was awesome to ride, sounded great and put a smile on my face.  Sold to Mississippi
Raked frame, rear disc brake, custom leather seat and Flanders bars.  This bike was loud and proud and got thumbs up wherever it went.  Sold to Kentucky
This is a 1979 CB750K that I did a frame off rebuild on.  Frame is silver, engine is black.  I did the paint work, cafe fairing install with new seat and 4-1 header.  Sold to Missouri
One of my first SOHC customs.  I did paint, exhaust, seat, and many engine repairs.  A minor bob job on a classic. Sold to Pennsylvania
1976 CB550K Four with only 3600 original miles and original tires.  Cleaned carbs, serviced and tuned, installed exhaust.  Sold to Norway
I liked this 77 CB750K.  I did the cafe cowl and seat pan in all steel.  The seat upholstery was done by a local professional and I did the paint.  This one really sounded good.  Sold to downtown New York City
A sport bike project.  More paint than a house but it turned heads when it was done.  Had many problems when I got it but was a low mileage screamer when done.  Tires, ignition box, fairings, pegs, grips, seat etc... Sold in Iraq and delivered to Kentucky
Another sport bike project.  New euro paint, new seat cover, cleaned carbs and tuned, sold to Rochester Indiana
Kawasaki Z1 that I got to see what all the hype was about.  When I got the 1015cc overbore kit installed and the paint touched up she was unbelievable.  It did one thing well - accelerate like nothing else in a straight line.  Sold to New York State
Another early SOHC 750 Bobber I built.  White walls and white stripes. Sold to Michigan
1977 XS650 Yamaha Streettracker Turned heads and shook like a Sportster.  Frame up rebuild with custom fiberglass seat pan, paint, exhaust, tailight, etc..   Sold to Ohio
One of my first.  Aluminum seat pan, viper fairing, comstar wheel conversion, 836cc Overbore kit, paint, Kerker header.  Guy that bought it said he was going to take it back to stock ???? I never did understand that one.
Yamaha Virago painted and tuned up.  Sold here in Indiana
Kawasaki Eliminator painted, tuned up, new tires, Laura's first ride.  Sold to
Missouri
