The Bobbers I build are just that, bobbed and chopped versions of stock motorcycles. It is not a Bobber until someone bobs or "chops" something, shapes it to suit them, and welds or bolts it back on. The resulting motorcycle is a one of a kind, hand-built custom, like no other. Bolting shiny chrome junk on doesn't get it, fancy paint doesn't get it, and a solo seat is only a start. You won't see fiberglass dragon heads or fake missiles on my bikes.
Where it starts with flat tires and locked calipers
This is where it all starts. The frame welding jig allows me to accurately control stretch and lowering, as well as alignment. The jig is shown with a 1976 CB750K frame ready for hardtail tube and axle plate installation.
More weight loss than eating your vegetables.
Align, Tighten, jiggle, and presto, carbs popping into boots with ease.
ALL my exhausts are custom. This is a 4 into 2 that is low and loud.I have done 4-4 long shots, 4-2 shorties, and 4-1 openmegaphones.
This little bar and straps has saved me more headaches than a bottle of Advil
Custom Cafe seat fabrication with neophrene comfort pad.
Springer seats are all steel and leather, hand laced, custom made. Surprisingly comfortable with proper curve and thin neoprene pad.
Another method to create seats. I see these on some high end Bobbers.Hobby Lobby or eBay for the rivets and leather.
I do all paint and graphics myself with Limco base/clear, very durable, glossy, and fuel resistant.
